deansclassiccars.com is run by Ricki Robin Ltd, trading as Dean’s Classic Cars. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17186577. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@ricki-robin.com.

These terms apply when you use this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain.

Using the site

The site is free to use for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t misuse it. That means:

• don’t try to break into it, overload it or interfere with how it works
• don’t use it to break the law or to harm anyone
• don’t use automated tools to copy the site’s content in bulk

We work to keep the site running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.

Buying our designs

You can’t buy anything on deansclassiccars.com itself. When you choose a design, we take you to our online store at ricki-robin.store, and your purchase happens there. Your order is covered by that store’s own Terms of Service and Refund Policy. These terms do not change them, or your rights as a customer.

We try to keep the designs, prices and details shown here up to date. If anything here differs from the store, what the store shows at checkout is what applies.

Shows and events listings

Our shows and events listings are gathered from public sources. Dates, times, prices and other details can change, and events are sometimes cancelled or moved. We work to keep the listings accurate, but we can’t guarantee them. We don’t run the events we list, and listing an event doesn’t mean we recommend it. Please check with the organiser before you travel.

The quiz and leaderboard

The Classic Quiz is free to play and just for fun. There are no prizes. To keep it fair for everyone:

• Play it straight. Don’t use bots, scripts or anything else to get a score you didn’t earn, and don’t try to interfere with the leaderboard.
• Choose a display name that isn’t offensive, doesn’t pretend to be someone else and doesn’t include anyone’s personal details.

We may remove or change any leaderboard entry or display name that breaks these rules, or that we reasonably think is offensive, misleading or not genuine. We may also reset, change or close the leaderboard at any time. To remove your own entry, email support@ricki-robin.com.

Design votes

• Voting is free. You never need to buy anything to vote.
• Each device gets one vote per design. You can take your vote back at any time.
• Please don’t use tools or scripts to vote, or try to get round the one-vote limit.

Votes help us see which designs people like. They are not a promise that a design will be made, stay on sale or be sold at a particular price. We may remove votes that look automated or not genuine, and we may reset vote counts.

Things you send us

If you send us something, such as details of a car show, a correction to a listing, or a display name for the leaderboard:

• please make sure it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it
• don’t include anything offensive or unlawful, or anyone else’s personal details
• you let us use, edit and publish it on this site and our other Dean’s Classic Cars channels, free of charge (you still own it)

We decide what to publish. We may edit, decline or remove anything you send us.

Our designs and content

The designs, artwork, illustrations, photographs, text, the Dean’s Classic Cars name and crest, and the other content on this site belong to Ricki Robin Ltd and Dean’s Classic Cars, or to the people who made them and let us use them.

You’re welcome to browse the site, share links to it and use the share buttons we provide, including for your quiz results. Please don’t copy, print, sell or reuse our designs or content in any other way without our written permission.

Car makes and models are mentioned to describe the cars and eras we celebrate. Those names belong to their owners. We are not connected with, or approved by, any car maker.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as our store, show organisers, maps and sharing services. We don’t control those sites and we’re not responsible for their content or how they use your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law doesn’t allow it. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and your legal rights as a consumer.

This site is free and for personal use. If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Anything you buy is covered by the store’s own terms, linked above, and by your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a new feature. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
