Forty Years of
British Motoring,
Kept in the Best
Possible Order.
Dean’s spent a lifetime around classic cars and the people who love them. This is his corner of it — five decades of British metal, the stories behind them, and designs made for the folk who still turn out every weekend.
The man with the trophies
Meet Dean
If you’ve done the UK show circuit for any length of time, you’ve probably met Dean — usually with a cloth in one hand, handing out the trophies, and happy to talk for an hour about a car that isn’t even his.
He runs a rare black 1955 Ford Consul drophead and a red Jaguar XJS, both kept to the standard he holds everyone else’s to: properly. He’ll tell you that the joy of it was never the cars on their own. It was the physical graft, the early starts, and the people you only ever meet in a field at dawn with a bacon sandwich going cold on the bonnet.
For most of his life this was the hobby. Now, with a small team behind him, Dean’s making it the work — somewhere to gather the cars, the shows and the people he’s spent decades among, and to share it properly.
Pull up a chair. The kettle’s on.
